Yoga Teacher Training Course at Parmarth Niketan Successfullly Concludes

The Yoga Teacher Training Course held at Parmarth Niketan concluded successfully. Yoga seekers from many countries around the world participated and embraced various yogic practices, disciplines, and life values, experiencing a new awareness, fresh perspective, and renewed life purpose.

Held on the sacred banks of Mother Ganga, amidst the divine energy of the Himalayas and the spiritual land of Rishikesh, the training proved to be a life-transforming experience for the participants.

HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji said that Yoga is India’s heritage, India’s identity, and India’s eternal gift to the world. Yoga is not merely the art of bending the body, but the art of bringing life into harmony. Yoga means union—with oneself, with nature, and with the Divine.

He shared that at a time when the world is facing challenges such as stress, depression, violence, and imbalance, this ancient wisdom of India is offering peace, balance, and a new direction to humanity. Yoga teaches that inner peace must come before outer success.

During the training, participants were introduced to various dimensions of yoga including asanas, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy, Ayurvedic lifestyle, mantra chanting, satsang, Ganga Aarti, and selfless service. Here, yoga was not only taught—it was lived.

Participants shared that they had come not only for a certificate, but to discover themselves. Parmarth’s divine atmosphere helped them experience freedom from stress, clarity of purpose, and the power of silence.

Yogacharya Sadhvi Abha Saraswati Ji said that participants are now not only trained yoga teachers, but ambassadors of India’s eternal spiritual wisdom. Wherever they go, they should share not only postures, but also the message of love, compassion, balance, and self-awakening.

Special contributions were made by Sadhvi Abha Saraswati Ji, Dr. Indu Sharma, Ganga Nandini, Dasa Das, Gayatri, Mayank, Amy, the Rishikumars of Parmarth Gurukul, and the Acharyas.
