“Shakti is the very foundation of creation.” – HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji
On the sacred banks of Maa Ganga at Parmarth Niketan, the grand Ati Rudram & Shatachandi Mahayagya is being आयोजित from April 11 to 18, 2026 in a deeply divine and magnificent manner. On the auspicious inauguration, HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji – Muniji shared a powerful global message of Sanatan values, Vedic traditions, and the awakening of feminine energy.
Initiated in 2018, this sacred movement aims to empower women through Vedic learning, yajna practices, and spiritual sadhana. In Sanatan Dharma, the feminine—revered as Maa Durga, Maa Saraswati, and Maa Lakshmi—is the very force that sustains cosmic balance.
This year’s आयोजन is especially unique, marking the confluence of Ati Rudram and Shatachandi Mahayagya together for the first time. Over 8 days, the powerful recitation of 15,000+ Rudram mantras, 1,500+ Rudra homams, along with 300+ Durga Saptashati and Chandi homams, is invoking profound cosmic energy.
The air is filled with the sacred vibrations of Vedic chants and the powerful invocations of “Har Har Mahadev” and “Jai Chandi,” illuminating the entire वातावरण with divine Shiv-Shakti energy. This Mahayagya is dedicated to the welfare of humanity, global peace, and the spread of positive consciousness.
Pujya Swamiji emphasized, “Shakti is the foundation of creation.” Woman is the embodiment of this divine force—as mother, creator, and nurturer. Honoring and awakening this Shakti is the true path to human upliftment.
Over 300 learned Ritviks are conducting sacred rituals including Rudram, Durga Saptashati, Rudra Ghanam, Mahanyasam, and Arun Prashnam with Vedic precision.
This आयोजन serves as a powerful inspiration for youth, guiding them back to their roots and spiritual heritage.
Scholarly Ritviks from South India and London, under the guidance of Shri Amriteshwaryamba Sameta Ji and Shri Amriteshwaranandnath Saraswati Ji, are leading this grand spiritual offering.
Har Har Mahadev | Jai Maa Chandi
