At Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh, hundreds of girls from Rescue Foundation Mumbai and Delhi arrived under the leadership of Triveni Acharya Ji and her dedicated team. In the sacred presence of HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, these young girls experienced a week of healing and transformation through yoga, meditation, pranayama, havan, Ganga Snan, Ganga Aarti, and satsang.
The same innocent eyes that had once witnessed pain, injustice, and struggle were now shining with hope, courage, and joy. Addressing the girls, Pujya Swamiji said, “You are not a story of suffering; you are a symbol of strength. Your future will be created by your courage, self-confidence, and faith in God.”
His words deeply touched their hearts. Many girls were moved to tears, as though years of silent pain had finally found release. One girl emotionally shared, “For the first time, we felt that we too deserve respect, love, and happiness.”
During this one-week retreat, experts conducted uplifting sessions focused on emotional healing, confidence-building, ethics, and spiritual growth. Ganga Nandini Ji also guided them on nutrition, health, and balanced living, highlighting the importance of wholesome and seasonal food traditions.
The farewell was deeply emotional—as if daughters were leaving their maternal home. This was not just a visit; it was a celebration of humanity, compassion, healing, and hope.
