Actress Mrs. Raveena R Tandon received the blessings of HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji and Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati ji before departing from Parmarth Niketan after participating in Gau Pujan, Ganga Pujan, and a sacred tree plantation ceremony.

In the serene lap of the Himalayas and on the sacred banks of Mother Ganga, Raveena Ji experienced the beautiful confluence of spirituality, culture, and nature. She offered prayers to Mother Ganga, performed Gau Pujan, and planted a Rudraksha sapling, reaffirming her commitment to environmental protection and Indian cultural values.

Emphasizing compassion and coexistence, she encouraged equal respect and care for all living beings, sharing that Gau Mata symbolizes love, service, harmony, and a sustainable way of life.
Speaking about the sacred Ganga, she said, “Ganga is not merely a river; she is India’s spiritual, cultural, and emotional lifeline. Protecting her is not only an environmental responsibility but also a cultural duty.”

Recalling her visit to the Parmarth Niketan camp during the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj with her daughter Rasha, she shared how deeply inspired they were by the blessings and guidance of Pujya Swamiji. She expressed joy in seeing Rasha shine as a rising star in both acting and music and shared her wish to return to Parmarth Niketan soon with her daughter.

Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji said that Gau Pujan, Ganga Pujan, and tree plantation are three vital pillars of the Indian way of life—representing compassion, reverence for nature, and responsibility toward future generations.
