Nestled in the sacred Himalayas on the holy banks of Mother Ganga, Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh joyfully inaugurated its Vedanta Yoga Course, welcoming sincere seekers of yoga, meditation, and spirituality from across India.
The participants received the blessings of HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, who inspired them to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, Vedanta, and conscious living.
Pujya Swamiji shared that while the world speaks extensively about stress management, what humanity truly needs is self-management. When we learn to harmonize our thoughts, emotions, and lifestyle, stress naturally dissolves. Yoga is not meant to remain confined to the yoga mat—it is a way of living, reflected in every thought, word, and action.
As part of the inauguration, participants planted trees and pledged to protect Mother Earth. Pujya Swamiji reminded everyone that planting a tree is a gift of love, responsibility, and life for future generations.
The Vedanta Yoga Course offers much more than physical practice. It is a profound exploration of Vedanta, Indian philosophy, meditation, self-awareness, compassion, service, and sustainable living, empowering participants to lead balanced, purposeful, and spiritually awakened lives.
Yoga is not merely a practice—it is a way of life.
Vedanta is not merely philosophy—it is the awakening of our true Self.
Service is not merely an action—it is love in expression.
