Parmarth Niketan in Devbhoomi Rishikesh, renowned worldwide for its sacred Ganga Aarti and International Yoga Festival, continues to be a major spiritual hub attracting seekers from across the globe. In this spirit, a group of yoga practitioners from France arrived to experience the depth of Indian spiritual traditions.

The group included participants of various age groups, all seeking a deeper understanding of yoga, meditation, and Sanatan values. Upon arrival, they were welcomed with traditional Indian hospitality. The serene, pure, and vibrant environment of the ashram on the banks of Maa Ganga left them deeply touched.

The group participated in the divine Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan, where the sacred chants, the glow of lamps, and the devotional ambiance created a profound spiritual experience. They shared that it was a beautiful confluence of nature, culture, and spirituality.

They also took part in yoga, meditation, and satsang sessions, gaining insights into the scientific and spiritual dimensions of ancient Indian practices. Through guided sessions, they practiced chakra sadhana and meditation, while expressing spiritual concepts through art, making it a unique and transformative experience.

During their visit, they met Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj, received his blessings, and found answers to their spiritual questions. Swamiji inspired them with the message of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the world is one family—and emphasized that yoga is a powerful means to unite humanity.

He further shared that in today’s challenging times, yoga, meditation, and spirituality offer the path to peace, balance, and inner stability. He encouraged the participants to carry these values back to their country and spread the message of harmony and unity.

Parmarth Niketan continues to offer global visitors a glimpse into India’s rich heritage through culture, art, dance, Garba, Dandiya, and kirtan—connecting them with the soul of India.
This international exchange once again reflects how the light of Sanatan spirituality continues to illuminate hearts across the world.
