Hail Jagannath! Hail the Sangam! Hail Sanatan Culture!
Pran Pratishtha (sacred consecration) ceremony of Lord Jagannath completed at Parmarth Triveni Pushp on the banks of the Sangam
Mahaprasad • Mahabhog • Grand Bhandara
On 26 February, at the sacred Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj, a magnificent celebration of Sanatan faith, national consciousness, and spiritual energy unfolded. Organized by Parmarth Niketan, the Pran Pratishtha of Lord Jagannath was performed with deep devotion amidst Vedic chants, the sound of conches, yajna rituals, and the divine fragrance of havan.
At sunrise, with Surya Puja, as the sacred life-force was invoked into the idol of Lord Jagannath, the entire atmosphere resonated with the powerful chants of “Jai Jagannath.” Saints and priests who arrived from Jagannath Puri prepared Mahaprasad and Mahabhog, and during the grand bhandara, saints, acharyas, brahmins, young disciples, and hundreds of devotees sat together to partake of the blessed food — a beautiful symbol of unity, equality, and selfless service.
The auspicious occasion was graced by the presence of many revered saints and distinguished guests. From the banks of the Sangam, Swami Chidanand Saraswati shared an inspiring message that touched every heart:
“From Ram arises the Nation, and from the Nation arises Ram.”
Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji emphasized that when faith, culture, and collective effort walk together, the nation becomes strong. The Sangam is not merely a confluence of rivers, but a sacred meeting point of thoughts, devotion, and India’s timeless spiritual consciousness.
Parmarth Triveni Pushp is now evolving into a unique spiritual center where devotees can experience the essence of India’s sacred pilgrimage traditions at one place — a living symbol of unity, integrity, and the eternal message of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the world is one family).
In the divine presence of Pujya Swamiji, this Pran Pratishtha marks a sacred conch-blast of Sanatan renaissance.
Jai Sangam • Jai Jagannath • Jai Sanatan • Jai Bharat
