“The Hanuman Chalisa is a simple path to liberation from the cycle of 8.4 million life forms.” — Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji

The sacred festival of Shri Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated at Parmarth Niketan with deep devotion, reverence and enthusiasm. In the divine presence of Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji and Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji, a series of spiritual and cultural programs were organized, where devotees from across India and around the world gathered to experience divine energy.

In the early morning, a special yoga session was held at the sacred Hanuman Ghat on the banks of Maa Ganga under the guidance of Ganga Nandini Ji. Through pranayama, meditation and yogic practices, participants experienced balance, inner peace and spiritual awakening.

On this auspicious occasion, a collective recitation of the Sunderkand was performed with deep devotion. The melodious verses of the Ramcharitmanas, along with bhajans and sacred chants, created a deeply devotional and uplifting atmosphere.

Nari Ratna Smt. Rajeshwari Modi Ji shared her inspiring thoughts on the theme “Kuber’s Treasure,” emphasizing that true wealth lies not outside, but within—in contentment, gratitude and a spirit of selfless service.

HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji highlighted the message of “Atmano Mokshartham Jagat Hitaya Cha,” explaining that one must first illuminate oneself to be able to illuminate others. Drawing from the life of Hanuman Ji, he shared the three eternal principles of Seva (service), Samarpan (surrender), and Smaran (remembrance), and emphasized that surrendering the ego at the Lord’s feet is the true essence of life.

Pujya Swami Ji further elaborated on the deeper spiritual wisdom of the Hanuman Chalisa, describing it not merely as a hymn, but as a divine guide for life and a powerful means to attain liberation from the cycle of birth and death.

Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji inspired all to imbibe the qualities of Hanuman Ji—selfless service, unwavering faith and complete surrender—into daily life, reminding that true spirituality is lived through action and devotion.

The presence of esteemed members of Parmarth Seva Samiti, Mumbai, along with other distinguished guests, added grace and dignity to the celebration.
