Shri Karauli Shankar Mahadev Ji from the ancient Shankar Mahadev Temple in Karauli Arrives at Parmarth

In the divine presence of Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji, President of Parmarth Niketan, he participated in the world-renowned Ganga Aarti.

Meaningful discussions were held on spiritual upliftment and contemporary global issues.

Shri Karauli Shankar Mahadev Ji arrived at Parmarth Niketan from the sacred and ancient Shankar Mahadev Temple of Karauli. In the holy presence of Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji, he offered his special participation in the divine Ganga Aarti. The occasion witnessed deep discussions on spiritual growth, life-sadhana, and the pressing challenges of the present era.

Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji shared that the Shankar Mahadev Temple is not merely a place of worship, but a center of sadhana, siddhi and profound spiritual elevation. In today’s modern age, intelligence is expanding, yet purity of mind and soul is gradually diminishing. The highest attainment of life is not position or knowledge, but inner joy and spiritual peace.

He beautifully explained that though we fill our shelves with achievements and possessions, often we remain empty within. True sadhana is the journey of filling this inner void and experiencing the soul.

Pujya Swami Ji elaborated on the profound verse “Kastvam Ko’ham…” from Bhaj Govindam, composed by Adi Guru Shankaracharya, emphasizing that the real purpose of life lies not in outer attainments but in realizing our true inner essence.

Shri Karauli Shankar Mahadev Ji added that the essence of sadhana is self-realization, inner fullness and awakening of the soul.

On this occasion, Pujya Swami Ji paid heartfelt tribute on the Punyatithi of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, recalling him as a luminous social reformer whose ideals of equality, education, justice and human dignity continue to guide the nation even today.

Finally, Swami Ji honored Shri Karauli Shankar Mahadev Ji with a sacred Rudraksha sapling on the banks of Mother Ganga and described this divine visit as truly extraordinary.

May the grace of Mother Ganga forever flow upon all.
