Meditating with the Global Family at Parmarth Niketan on World Meditation Day

Today, on the Winter Solstice, the first-ever #WorldMeditationDay was celebrated at Parmarth Niketan. The day is dedicated to promoting global peace, mental tranquility, and unity. Under the guidance of Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati SaraswatiJi, devotees and visitors from India and around the world participated in collective meditation.

At 9 PM (21:00), a special 21-minute global meditation session was held. Hundreds of meditators joined online, while morning meditation sessions were held during the sacred Yajna and Ganga Aarti.
Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji – Muniji Ji shared, “This is a global initiative that provides a unique opportunity to experience peace, mental balance, and unity.” Meditation is a powerful tool that enhances mental peace and physical health, and it is essential to make it a part of our daily lives.
