In the divine presence of Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, President of Parmarth Niketan, a profound confluence of Indian culture, Vedic mantras, and spiritual energy was witnessed today at the sacred Parmarth Sangam Ghat, Prayagraj. During the divine Ganga Aarti, the holy land of Arail lit up with the radiant glow of devotion, spirituality, and deep surrender.
The chanting of mantras, the sacred flames of the diyas, the melodious flow of devotional hymns, and the serene aura of the Sangam created an atmosphere that felt as if nature itself was celebrating a divine festival. Every devotee present experienced spiritual awakening, inner energy, and deep emotional elevation.
Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji said that Prayagraj is the spiritual heartbeat of India and a sacred seat of Sanatan culture. The air here carries spirituality, the waters flow with culture, and the land is enriched with the legacy of service and values. He emphasized that the Sangam Aarti is not merely a ritual, but a global message of India’s culture, values, and commitment to humanity.
Swami Ji urged devotees and the local community to participate enthusiastically in the daily Sangam Aarti at Parmarth Sangam Ghat. He said that the Aarti purifies the mind, energizes life, and inspires society toward positivity. Daily Sangam Aarti will give new momentum to the spiritual tourism of Prayagraj.
Pujya Swami Ji added, “The Sangam is not only the meeting point of three sacred rivers, but also the confluence of three divine energies—faith, spirituality, and unity. This unity is the greatest need of the world today.”
He further said that the divine light of the Aarti symbolizes our gratitude toward humanity, nature, and culture.
At the conclusion of the Aarti, all present devotees took sacred pledges for cleanliness, water conservation, environmental protection, and tree plantation.
