Mahakumbh, the largest festival of Indian religion and culture, has seen the participation of Bollywood’s renowned actress Katrina Kaif this year. Katrina visited the Parmarth Niketan camp, where she had a divine meeting with Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji – Muniji and Pujya Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati Ji. During this visit, Swami Ji gifted Katrina a statue of Lord Shiva and a Rudraksha plant.
Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji said, “Mahakumbh is an important heritage of Indian culture. When Bollywood celebrities participate in Mahakumbh, it provides the youth with a new perspective on religion and culture.”
